Case studyAnonymised client

The result

Hundreds

Ad variations per deal

Client

Automotive leasing company

Challenge

No in-house capability to produce the creative volume Meta advertising requires.

Work

End-to-end pipeline from deal page to approved, scheduled Meta ads.

Building the capability to run Meta advertising from nothing

Atom Digital gave an automotive leasing company a channel it couldn’t previously use: an end-to-end pipeline that turns a single deal page into hundreds of ready-to-approve Meta ad variations.

The outcome

The business can now generate hundreds of ad variations per deal. A channel that previously had no viable path to use is now running at scale.

What the pipeline does

  1. Scrapes the deal page directly
  2. Generates photorealistic AI backgrounds
  3. Converts each concept into all three ad ratios
  4. Writes ad copy variations
  5. Builds concept-copy-CTA permutations for approval
  6. Pushes approved ads to Meta Ads Manager, paused

How it was done

The situation

The business sells vehicle leases through a constantly-changing set of deal pages, and wanted to advertise them on Meta.

Not a speed problem, a capability gap

This wasn’t a speed problem. It was a capability gap. Producing the volume and variety of creative that effective Meta advertising needs would have required design resource, time and investment the business simply didn’t have in-house. The channel wasn’t slow to use. It was closed.

Diagnosis and decisions

Rather than build up in-house creative resourcing to open the channel, the decision was to build the capability itself, as a tool, automating every step between a deal page and a set of approved, ready-to-run ads.

Deal page in, approved ads out

The system scrapes a deal page directly, generates photorealistic AI backgrounds across multiple providers, converts each concept into all three required ad ratios, writes ad copy variations, builds the full set of concept-copy-CTA permutations for approval, and pushes the approved set straight to Meta Ads Manager as paused ads, complete with a structured naming convention, UTM tagging, and a post-push performance dashboard.
